Nestled along the banks of Logan River in Riverbend, Queensland, our future community is being expertly masterplanned to feature approximately 7,000 dwellings, a town centre, a public school, a community centre, sporting fields, and a multitude of open green spaces that will connect its future residents.

The undulating landscape offers district and mountain views, with over a quarter of the site dedicated to open space. The natural parkland corridor, along with the river’s edge, will be enhanced with cycleways and pathways meandering throughout.

Celestino is committed to realising the vision for the Greater Flagstone Priority Development Area by creating a safe, liveable, inclusive, connected, and prosperous community framed by natural landscapes.

We continue to work on planning and approvals with the aim to launch the first stage in the coming years.
